專為汽車內飾件行業，遮陽板產品的焊接而開發設計的專用型高頻熱合機，本設備共有三款機型：有經濟氣壓型、中檔多段油壓龍門型、高端油壓焊接沖切一體型，設備各有所長，客戶可根據產品的特點合理選擇。

不論那款機型均有自身獨特鋼體結構，所有配件均採用精密精磨加工等級加工。鋼材均通過調質與表面處理工藝。採用多點壓力平衡校驗與水平調校，設有快速換模結構，讓客戶在換產品時可快捷換模無需調節即可生產，在國內遠超同行業水平。本設備具有高頻電流自動補償跟蹤功能，可以保証產品在熱壓過程中電流均衡。德國火花保護系統，打火時模具損傷在針尖極內。上電平柔，設備穩定極高。達到國內 技術水準。
